The Norwegian elkhound club held a herding workshop this morning and Burkhardt got to attend as well! Rottweilers were originally bred as an all purpose farm dog specifically for carting and herding so I love to get Burkhardt out on sheep whenever I can to retain that herding instinct. Plus he loves to herd!
